coffee to enjoy as part of their daily ritual.

30KERR65 is a unique cellar door style Espresso coffee bar in Fitzroy that poured the first coffee in the late autumn of 2012. It’s ALL about the coffee here. Named not only for the street address and Fitzroy’s postcode. 30KERR65 is also a nod to the traditional espresso yield of 30ml and the ideal serving temperature of textured milk. 65 Celsius.

The house blend, Prima Tazza @Fitzroy has an elegant palette with a lifted floral and spice bouquet. With a wild honey finish, this balanced blend is used for milk coffees and can equally be enjoyed black.

Banisu elementary school project

The Banisu Elementary School is an initiative of Dimattina Coffee with local export partners.

A premium is paid for coffee purchased from PSC (Premium Smallholder Coffee) plantations and this is directly re-invested to the ongoing requirements of the school.

The Prima Tazza Blend @ Fitzroy comprises this unique origin that enhances the profile of the coffee adding aromatics and full body to the cup.
