HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All standard orders over $50.00 will receive FREE shipping. All orders below $50 will have a $15 fee. For larger purchases including coffee machines, there will be a delivery fee of $50.00.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS?

Your order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. Our orders are typically dispatched within one working day of receipt of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an Australia Post tracking number in your confirmation email.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

Currently no, however we can make special exceptions at additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Orders less than 5kg are sent Express Post.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for standard orders. Deliveries above 5kg or to remote areas may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us and we will be happy to follow this up for you.

MY ITEM(S) IS DAMAGED/FAULTY. CAN I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

Faulty and damaged items are addressed on a case by case basis.

Refunds will be accepted for faulty or damaged goods.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS ON EQUIPMENT?

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind or have chosen poorly. Should we decide to accept a return, a restocking fee of 20% + any credit card charges which we cannot recover is applied to all returns of items held in stock. Special order items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns after 7 days, on used equipment nor on equipment without packaging or in opened packaging. Return freight to us is payable by you.
